Details
- The user can mime notes with their mouth to make different sounds and play a few octaves along a keyboard-like interactive GUI. This is mimicking the Otamatone toy!
- The tracking gets the points between the top of the mouth and the bottom of the chin. It turns red if it isn’t tracking, and it returns the value of the distance.
- Then, the sketch face (made up of ellipses, rectangles and arcs) receives the value. It maps this to the height of the eyebrows and the mouth. It also uses this value to change the amplitude.
- The buttons are matched audio files that play on loop. You could also use the keys [1-8] on the keyboard.
